i realli forgotten all my medicine stuff.

today something really funny happened.

i joined ruth for some short cases b4 we wanna spend our afternoon together to run errands. i couldn't stay for EMG session anyway, so yah went over to her ward.

we went to see a cardio case. the px had this murmur. and haha, i din bring my steth, had to borrow hers. anyway it's been a long long long time since i used a steth (ok since paeds.) , and i hardly use it in neuro so i nv bring lah. haha...anyway, yah, after she heard the murmur, it was my turn. then i listened. i could identify the murmur. and this was wat happened.

me: eh ruth, wat's PSM? (i know i heard a PSM)
ruth: oh means mitral regurg loh.
me: no no, wat does PSM stand for? (WAHAHAHAHAHAH DAMN COK RIGHT i forgot wat it stands for!!!)
ruth: HUH!! HAHAHA PAN-SYSTOLIC MURMUR?!??!!?
me: OH!! HAAHAHAH...okay yah i forgot. yah i heard a PSM. and AF.
ruth: yah me too.

HAHA yah that was damn funny lah...i felt damn stupid. GOSH i returned all my cardio murmur things liao...sian diao!!! HOWWWW i need to revise my entire medicine lah!! sigh. this is damn depressing. and i can't remember alot of neuro stuff, stuff that the same tutor taught me back in CG*!! HAHA this is so diu lian lah...
